    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Yahoo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Free food (Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks...)
    Work environment
    Perks

    Cons

RSUs are allocated in a questionable way
Too much paperworks (Goals every quarter / reviews, status reports...)

    Advice to Management

The way that RSUs are structured makes not much sense. As you move up in title, it becomes harder and harder to exceed expectations. It is much easier to get 'Exceeds' (and the coveted RSUs) as a low level engineer.
