The only good thing I can say about this company is that you are given a lot perks in terms of free food and monthly events, there are also a few real, quality people the rest are unprofessional and petty.
Cons
One of the biggest downsides of working at Yahoo is that as a female your opinions are not respected. The managers are young and inexperienced men who do not equally value all team members. Instead of being an innovative and forward moving company, Yahoo is stuck in the past. They also pay women significantly less than men for having the same job title and experience. Upper management and management make you believe that they want you to success and grow and include women in the process but this is all for show and to get you to accept the role.
