    Pros

Very good company to work for. Employees are above average and you will find good people who work hard and contribute. Pay and benefits are good too.

    Cons

Outsiders think that Yahoo has missed on several opportunities and is having a hard time to keep eyeballs on several properties. Senior management changes have been going on for a while, with several reorgs.

    Advice to Management

Listen more to lower-level employees (engineers, implementers) and solicit their feedback. Identify which projects are 'pet projects' and which are useful.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Yahoo is a good company to work for. Pay and benefits are good, employees are smart and there are lots of passionate people eager to contribute.

    Cons

Yahoo has missed on several key industry changes and it is losing relevance with consumers and advertisers so employees are scrambling. Senior management needs an overhaul.

    Advice to Management

Reset financial goals and focus on the consumer again. Collaboration is great, but decision making is way too complicated and slow. Streamline and focus!
