Really smart people who care about what they are doing. Everyone is willing to collaborate to solve a problem and share knowledge. My leadership org was one of the best I have ever encountered. It really is a work family environment. Many teams try to hire from within the company if possible. The local office has been trying to keep up in person events to maintain the great office culture we had pre-COVID. Benefits were also great, 401k match, generous bonus structure.
Cons
Promotions were hard to get, but once you got there they take good care of you. Unfortunately the product was too far behind the market to catch up from years of migrations. Still a lack of diversity in many groups despite efforts to change it.
