    Very high pay with cost of living, graduate student community is very laid-back, career office a fantastic resource

    Cons

    Campuses are split (10 minute commute between each of science locations), administration disorganized

    Competitive salary, good vacation/paid time off

    Cons

    For the first 3 years have to go to their health clinic under insurance. Inconvenient if you don't live close to New Haven and have children
