Management abdicates management responsibilities to HR.
The company practices a pernicious form of constructive dismissal if they tire of you.
Experienced managers/professionals with fresh (or any) ideas need not apply. They only want recent college grads who can be molded into the Yardi way of doing things and who are willing to accept low wages as a way to gain experience.
Do not ever, EVER, under any circumstances, approach HR about anything. HR exists to protect the company’s interests. They are very aware of this, but as you can see in their boilerplate responses, they are completely disingenuous about it.
The positive reviews are almost certainly solicited from newbies who don’t know any better.
