Pros

Awesome product and company with a great entrepreneurial story. Mr. Yardi has created an empire and if you can learn anything from him, DO.

Cons

Management has not grown with the company. Very good people, but perhaps not the best skill set. Walked in early and never came out- can't blame them.

Advice to Management

Tricky to give advice to a company that has really exploded so beautifully. I think very few people really make this place keeps rising- would be interesting to find a way to get more input from other sources.

    1. Fixed Salary Structure.
    2. Fixed timings.(9:30 to 6)
    3. Product ownership.
    4. Family like environment. (Employees are very helpful).
    5. Bonus and Profit Sharing at the end of the year.

    Cons

    1. Less Opportunites for Career advancement.
    2. No Long Onsite opportunites.
    3. Not following any processes as it is not a CMM level company.

    Advice to Management

    1. Appraisal process should be transparent.
    2. It should provide training on new technologies.
    3. Timings should be flexible.
    4. Organizational changes should be less.
