    Pros

    Giving opportunities to youth age 18-24

    Cons

    $1000 a month for stipend. They pay you to go to school which is great however, if the school paid more money that would be a plus.

    - Strong staff culture
    - Deep commitment to core values
    - Staff give more feedback to each other than in most organizations
    - All employees integrated into youth development programming work
    - The strongest results in the sector (the program works!)
    - Entrepreneurial
    - Connected to a larger movement that is inspiring

    Cons

    - Staff development systems are not yet robust enough to provide clear career paths and upward mobility
    - Managers vary in their ability to develop their staff and provide strategic support

    Advice to Management

    - Continue investing in people development systems, particularly for young leaders with executive potential
    - Build much better systems to train and coach managers
