    Pros

The people make Year Up, totally mission driven and 100% committed to making an impact. Innovative and fun working environment. Great benefits. The staff is very young because this is a great place to learn the ropes

    Cons

If you want a life outside of work, this may not be the place for you. Run like a for profit corporation with out the for profit salary

    Pros

Invested in developing staff members and promoting growth within the organization.
Amazing CEO! Cares a lot about his employees

Can be selective on who they develop and how. Does not seem like everyone is granted the same opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Be more consistent on the opportunities you grant to staff members. Be weary of unconscious biases you may have.
