Pros

Company benefits, health coverage and pension plans are excellent.

Advice to Management

As the company reinvents itself, reinvent your leadership to champion policies, support your workforces, and start documenting.

I have been working at Yellow Pages full-time

    Pros

The best part is that it is easy to make a decent pay. Other than that working from a home office is a plus. Great training program.

    Cons

There are so many managers and middle managers and product specialists that don't need to exist. They will gladly watch you walk away from the company thinking that there is something wrong with what you are doing when it is the company and their so called "solutions" that are the problem.

    Advice to Management

You can't work on cycle, selling at all times during the year, when you work in one year contracts. You want your reps to call on anyone and everyone 8 months before their current contract expires. Reps work long and hard before deadlines that you set, and then you hand out notices of lack of activity when there is nothing to do. so I guess those 3 months of 12-15 hour days don't account for anything when times are slow. Just because you call it cycle does not change the deadlines of that dreadful yellow lump turd of a book.
