I worked at Yellow Pages full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

creative job, bilingual, training in Montreal

    Cons

poor communication, constant threat of downsizing, wages not competitive within market, not open to telecommuting

    Advice to Management

Communicate better with your staff. Don't put so much emphasis on the yearly review process - the system when I worked there was often fixed by managers. Have some faith in your employees.
