I worked at Yellow Pages full-time

Pros

Wonderful culture, with a relaxed, creative atmosphere. Great job if you have little experience in your field.

Cons

Work is tedious, and even the more creative positions are micromanaged to a painful degree. Wages are low for college grads, barely enough to pay back moderate student loans. Future of the company, and the entire industry, is not stable to say the least.

Advice to Management

Performance reviews are painful for everyone. Make them less so.
