I worked at Yes Lifecycle Marketing full-time

    Pros

    - Paid well for my experience level
    - Work from home ability
    - Casual dress code
    - There's a lot of good people in this company, I'll give it that.

    Cons

    Where do I start?

Training does NOT exist in this place. They have you complete an online program that allows you to understand their Enterprise program, but don't do anything initially to teach the set up on your clients. You're expected to learn this on the fly, which doesn't really do you anything when your main responsibility is to troubleshoot your client programs. Go ahead, try to solve a problem you have no idea about.

Awful culture. Most people just sort of keeps to themselves in the office, it's a very cold atmosphere. There's no transparency. Everything gets changed on the fly, so once you get the hang of something and are confident in it, it's time to forget what you learned. This place could not give a crap about your development, the only thing that matters is revenue.

Do not take this job if you're looking to have any kind of input on client strategy. Your main role is opening and following up on tickets for the tons of issues their awful platform causes.

    Advice to Management

Treat all your AMs equally and provide them the necessary information to do their jobs from day 1. They'd be under a lot less stress if their job wasn't the scavenger hunt you've made it out to be.
