Fast - Innovative and creative team to work with Fun- Engage in social events and interaction while working to create a fun working environment Ownership - Most of the tools and software are owned and developed in-house.

Cons

No transparency in KPI- If one Senior agent doesn't like you, for some personal reasons, then your job will be frustrating.
