I have been working at Yottaa full-time for more than a year
Pros
- Easy to sell technology
- Colleagues are fun to work with
- Alot of support from team members
- Good place to get ton of experience
Cons
- The company is a little all over the place and a bit disorganized
- Mostly have to hunt for your own leads. There is a marketing team in place which is good but it is also important to know how to hunt for companies.
Advice to Management
- Need to hire reps who can produce and pay more to reps who are already producing.

I have been working at Yottaa full-time for more than a year
Pros
The company has a solid direction, a great customer base, and has only begun to tap the market. There is no micromanagement happening, you are allowed to work independently.
The products touch on several different technologies, so being in a technical role allows you to build out skill sets that you may not have at first. There are plenty of people here willing to help coach or guide you through any knowledge... gaps.

Cons
The product training for the technical roles hasn't been refined, so you must be self motivated to learn.
Advice to Management
New features are not really announced, instead the are subtly rolled out. Some of which are very useful, and provide great value. I'd suggest they start a beta program to build some anticipation to these features.

I have been working at Yottaa full-time for less than a year
Pros
I've never laughed so much during a workday. Coworkers are hilarious, good natured, collaborative *and* driven. Customers love the product and services. Company has found a solid product-market fit now and is growing quickly, yet wisely.
Cons
Definitely an in-office culture. I enjoy it, but if you want to work from home a lot, it's probably not for you.
