    Pros

    Great training! Learned a lot from this company and never a dull moment. I have a thirst for knowledge, a reason why I'm really thankful that this company helped me a lot to grow. You may be tasked to lead, or grab an engagement role (might be a double-edged sword to some).

    Cons

    Might be a little bit challenging for some because of the "Career Ladder", something that lets you take an exam every quarter to be promoted. Not all are granted to take a career ladder quarterly tho. You have to maintain a score percentage in your evaluation. You may feel burnout.

    I could no longer think of any

    Cons

    Management seems too personal. He/she talks or treat employees unprofessionally. In order for you to be promoted, you need to take an exam (career ladder). Not an output-based promotion

    Got to work closely with clients and developors and learn a lot from my supervisors

    Little training Mostly self study No allowance
