-Flexible working hours -Great work environment

Cons

-Poor management -Process flow is not yet precise -3 month rendering period upon resignation(most of the companies only requires a month to render) -Some of the management staff is not the right person/s for the job, a few of them are being personal towards the employee/s, in short unprofessional -Low salary considering that there are employees that are involved in two or more projects, should provide a compensation at least but there is none

Management seems too personal. He/she talks or treat employees unprofessionally. In order for you to be promoted, you need to take an exam (career ladder). Not an output-based promotion
