I could no longer think of any
Cons
Management seems too personal. He/she talks or treat employees unprofessionally. In order for you to be promoted, you need to take an exam (career ladder). Not an output-based promotion

Hybrid setup and flexible working hours
Cons
- Management is very unprofessional, indecisive and impulsive when it comes to decision making. - LOW SALARY - No overtime pay, only thank yous - Heavy workload. Each employee has to do the tasks of 3 people which leads to BURNOUT. - Company politics. Management doesn't always follow the company policies and procedures for promotion or salary increase. Their decision is always subjective. - There's one person from the management that takes everything personally. Initials A.M. - always badmouthing employees that she doesn't like or can't control. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL to be part of management. - The top management allows office romance in the company that causes conflict of interest and disclosure of confidential information. - Poor management. They let the wrong people to lead. As long as the employees are tenured and very close to the top management, they will get the promotion even though they are lack of knowledge and skills. - 90 days rendering period - When the company had financial issues due to their negligence, they resorted to RETRENCHMENT only.

Pros
1. Company culture 2. Flexible working hours (like really flexible) 3. Some perks if you stay long enough 4. Friendly and easy-going co-workers 5. Explosive learning (sometimes, a little bit too much) 6. Flat management; managers and executives are always one skype call/message away
Cons
1. Low salary, cannot keep up with the changing economy 2. 90 days rendering for your first 2 years. 3. Stability is a hit-or-miss; you'll get clients here and there but most of them only sign up for at least 6 months 4. Most of the time, clients don't even pay up, therefore risking the livelihoods of employees on specific projects. 5. HR team cannot solve simple problems and is incapable to solve bigger and critical concerns; always provides band-aid solutions but never long term ones. 6. One critical incident happened that affected the entire company and the management fumbled and can't seem to find a way to keep it together.
