    Pros

    It certainly has
    great talent
free lunch Wednesdays and free breakfast Mondays
    Fun environment

    Cons

Like mid-size startups, YuMe certainly has barriers within teams and difficult to get any internal communication across.

    Advice to Management

Increase more free stuff, better communication

I have been working at YuMe full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

YuMe figured out what works after a few pivots. The company is growing like crazy, is backed by Tier 1 VCs, and hires smart people. What's not to like? Heard that the culture used to be so-so, but so far so good!

    Cons

Lots of growing pains despite having been around for nearly a decade. Lots of expensive executives for a company this size

    Advice to Management

Focus on growth and retain talent. Encourage more fun. Have never seen anyone use the basketball court
