Culture is all about recognition and celebration

    Cons

Not everyone lives and breaths the culture - like any place

    Advice to Management

Create more objective ways to measure authenticity in the culture
Make sure you're not pressuring anyone to sacrifice personal family time for team building after work

I have been working at Yum! full-time

    Pros

Compensation and benefits are comparable for the location and industry. Several in-office ammenities for those that desire them (Childcare, Fitness Center).

    Cons

Culture is not as advertised. Annual re-organizations and job reductions. Heavy politics and bureaucracy.

    Advice to Management

Recognize that the culture is being taught and learned, but living it can be difficult inside the organizational political structure.
