Pros

Excellent opportunities for growth, personal development and project and client ownership
Good training provision
Strong performance management structure that sets clear expectations and development goals
Good company values, friendly people, collaborative culture
Company is growing rapidly and it is an exciting time to be involved

Cons

Can be difficult to maintain a work-life balance
Staffing model does not always work as it should, and can result in some people being given too much to do across too many projects, while others have time on their hands

Advice to Management

Some people promoted into senior positions behave as if they have "made it" and work juniors like slaves while putting in minimal effort themselves - this should be clamped down on to maintain morale
Learn to say no to clients who want small projects done in unreasonable time frames for bargain basement prices

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Good/Smart People, Good Benefits (which is shown as a part of your CTC, Might be around 10% of your CTC)
You might get good consulting xperience

    Cons

NO / ZERO work life balance
They cheat you by giving you a offer letter of a heavy pay package, but at least 35% of it you won't get in hand (25% Deferred Bonus & 10% Non-Cash Benefits like Transportation, Meals, Internet etc.. which many companies provide for free)
If you want to grow yourself technically, this is NOT the place for you.
Very Basic Technical Work, just to suffice customer immediate needs (and charge them heavily) and no/zero stress on documentation or code reviews or process improvement.

    Advice to Management

Respect Employee's Personnel Life and try to provide some kind of Work Life Balance.
Remove the Deferred Pay from your CTC. It just gives the illiusion of a fat pay and nothing comes in hand.
Instead of retaining employees, because of deferred pay, try to retain them by giving them a good atmosphere for work and giving them some work life balance.
