- No career path - No product vision. Most product decisions are driven by competitors - Blaming culture. Marketing gets an almost ridiculous budget to work on but usually take the fires when the business growth falls behind the target. No one really thought about the product offering is hardly differentiated, so without big marketing and paid ads budget its hard to grow organically - Terrible upper management. Badmouthing of other employees or directors. Constantly push you into interdepartmental politics. Constant berating over issues that are out of you control or caused by company red tapes - Reject your marketing ideas but 3 month later its taken on by another person. Need to learn how to credit people
