      Pros

Great first job! You'll receive many hours which is a good/bad thing if you need flexible hours. The pay wasn't good at all when I worked there. Yet, I know they've increased wages. I was able to meet some nice people working there and customers will tip you for great service!

      Cons

Depending on location, management cares more about drive time, etc than treating front counter workers and customers with respect. Also, they need to hire workers designated for cleaning or designate a shift for cleaning if it's one of the busier locations.

          Pros

Extreme Team-Building Exercises: At Zaxby's, you won't just be making chicken; you'll be forging bonds of steel with your co-workers. The chaotic kitchen environment is the perfect setting for team-building exercises that rival any extreme sports event. Ducking flying hot sauce bottles and dodging slippery chicken grease is the ultimate test of camaraderie. Innovative Uniforms: Forget boring, standard-issue uniforms. Zaxby's takes it to the next level with their avant-garde approach to work attire. Get ready to strut your stuff in the latest fashion-forward chicken-chic ensembles, complete with feathered accessories. Who knew a hairnet could be so stylish? Secret Handshake Mastery: Joining the Zaxby's crew means gaining access to an exclusive club with its very own secret handshake. Master the intricate moves, and you'll be greeted with knowing nods and sly winks from your fellow crew members. It's like being part of a covert culinary society.

          Cons

Chicken Whispering Skills Required: Communication is key at Zaxby's, especially when it comes to talking to the chicken. Unfortunately, the chickens haven't learned English yet, so you'll need to master the art of chicken whispering to decipher their clucks and squawks. It's a skill that takes time to develop, and misunderstandings with the poultry are inevitable. Spicy Surprise Showers: Working at Zaxby's means embracing the unexpected, especially when it comes to spice levels. Be prepared for surprise showers of hot sauce as you navigate the kitchen. It's a baptism by fire, and your taste buds may need some time to recover. Dance Breaks Mandatory: Forget traditional break times; Zaxby's encourages spontaneous dance breaks. When the music starts blaring through the speakers, it's time to drop everything and hit the dance floor (or, in this case, the chicken-frying station). Just be ready to show off your best chicken dance moves at a moment's notice.

Booz Allen Hamilton Recently applied and I've been referred for an interview! Any tips on interviewing with Booz Allen? And if I am being asked to complete clearance and background upfront, is this a good indicator for being hired?

Applied for a job a few weeks back, got a call from HR yesterday morning about an interview next week. She mentioned she'd shoot me an email with all the interview details, but so far, my inbox is empty. Assuming I'll hear from her early next week, is it normal for them to expect me to show up for an in-person interview on short notice, like couple days?
