There were no real cons regarding the nature of the job. There was a bad customer every now and then but that goes along with every food-chain related job.

I was working part time at a Zaxby's and the place I was working in particular offered very good flexibility.

It would get very busy and we would be short staffed every once in a little while.

Pros
Zaxby’s is flexible if you are a college student or high schooler looking for work or to make extra money. It’s honestly what you make of it. Just like any other job it has its pros and con.
Cons
The pay could be a lot better and they also have absurd rules like not being able to wear certain piercings, or nails. Some of the managers can also make the job stressful by being too lazy and making the employees do all the work or finding something to nitpick about. The customers can also drive you crazy at times too but that’s expected. Then you have those co workers that don’t do anything but stall.
