I have been working at Zebra Technologies full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Good people, Good benefits, Strong products with a good reputation. People care about their jobs.
Finished an amazing ERP project in 2012. Hard workers and good teamwork with IT. IT is very good here and they actually help you.

Cons

Leadership is not valued. Good sales people are removed. Recent surprises with Senior IT leader moving on. Innovation outside of printers is bad. New product development with RFID non existent. Senior leaders responsible for new products seem to be lost. Company very good at cutting and not investing in growth. Supply chain leadership is confused.

Advice to Management

Senior Leaders are difunctional and need help.
