    I worked at Zenefits full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Beautiful new office, really amazing product, snacks, games, and other typical tech company perks, fast paced environment - you never know what to expect when you come into work. Ultimately, the best part about working at Zenefits was having a product that you can stand behind and be passionate about. I know for a fact that our software benefitted every one of my clients. There's not a lot of places where you can say that.

    Cons

    Long hours, no structure, lack of positive reenforcement & support from upper management, too many meetings throughout the day, bad execution of new processes, lack of culture, ineffective communication from upper management.

    Pros

    First off I want to shout out Lena, Katie, Danny, Ryan V. and Umang! This team of HR and leadership have been the best in terms of help, guidance and empathy! I could n't ask for a more capable and caring team of professionals. - Great benefits - HR team cares - Leadership cares - Communication is open and honest - Positive environment - Pathways to success and growth are what you make of it - You win and lose as a team - Constant updates on the present and the future - Would recommend to all my friends (and I have)

    Pros

    - Unlimited-ish PTO for salaried employees - Free lunch every day - Lots of overtime opportunity for hourly employees - IT team keeps hardware up-to-date - Support team doesn't have to rely on scripts to service clients

    Cons

    - Politics, politics, politics - Freedom in every department EXCEPT support -- very micromanaged - No incentives for tenured employees to stay - Difficult to change departments if you start in support
