Pros
The best reasons to work for Zenith Academy are the students and their families who are Somali refugees. They are very bright and capable people who want to better their lives through education and hard work. It was very rewarding to be a part of assisting the children in their endeavors to learn the English language along with the content areas.
Cons
The downside to working at Zenith Academy is the management and the lack of organization. There is favoritism and lack of consistency in discipline. There is a lack of ethical procedures in identifying students who qualify for special education services and in meeting federal and state standards for operating a charter school in Ohio.
