Pros

New management making a good effort to bridge Zenith culture with ABPA culture. Employees have not been asked to make any immediate changes.

Cons

There seems to be a lack of focus and planning, and a great deal of crisis management.

Advice to Management

New management needs to show a genuine interest in the actual work the employees perform, in order to make sensible and logical changes. Too many decisions being made based on reports and figures, instead of actual work-place observations.

    Pros

    Great co-workers, good management that cares and provides a lot of support.

    Cons

    The biggest down side used to be the cost of healthcare but that has changed recently and we now pay zero dollars in premium.

    Advice to Management

    Keep caring, keep knowing your staff, it goes a long way.

    Pros

    Salary was good and it is a union job so the benefits were great also.

    Cons

    Coworkers are very unaccepting of new employees and can feel like you are beinh hazed. Changes happen frequently with little to no information provided to the front lines for members. No chances of advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Better training and encourage better moral.
