    Approves of CEO

I worked at Zero Motorcycles full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great co-workers, beautiful area, maturing product in a fledgling industry. Solid IP for eventual acquisition.

    Cons

High turnover of upper management, frustrating constant battle for common sense in the face of repeat challenges.

    Advice to Management

Stabilize things. So much turnover is terrible for the morale of the staff. I had three bosses in four years, and the direct report I really liked saw his VP change three times also. It is very hard to keep expectations consistent and feel progress is bring made in the face of constantly moving goal posts.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Zero Motorcycles full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Coworkers! There are some great people trying very hard to move this company forward.

    Cons

Coworkers! There seems to be a equal number of people that are just there for the paycheck and refuse to do any more then what’s clearly listed in the job description.

    Advice to Management

    Connect more with the employees.
