As a new employee you better catch on fast to cause if any product is mistakenly misplaced or stolen or not loaded on your truck in the first place it doesn't matter they will dock your pay for full amount plus profits.They will make you sign a paper under fear of being fired that says you agreed to borrow X amount of dollars from the company and you agree for them to garnish X amount from your wages until paid off. Hyper super super hyper micro management to do simple things and get clearance to make decisions. I'd have to call the CEO no joke horribly company all around on so many levels oh and you have to pay $200 just to work there they garnish $50 a week for uniforms which I'm sure is illegal.
