I have been working at Zions Bancorporation full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good hours, home life scenarios are wonderful! Good volunteering times

    Cons

Too many consultants, not enough local resources

    Advice to Management

keep looking for local hires, when the consultants leave, they take too much knowledge with them.

I have been working at Zions Bancorporation full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

If you chose an area with good management, it makes all the difference. Profit sharing, insurance, vacation pay, some positions have flexible hours. Salary is decent.

    Cons

Not the best insurance, slightly below peers. High deductibles ($3,000-$6,000) depending on plan you have. Dental and Eye plan are through company (50% reimbursement up to $1,750 yr maximum) Advancement can be quicker based on who you know.

    Advice to Management

Evaluate the management of each department at least twice a year. Make sure the right people are in these positions. Are they adhering to the culture you are promoting? Is there high turnover? Are objectives and projects on track?
