    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Job Security
Career advancement if you network with the right people.

    Cons

    Low Pay
Disconnect between upper and middle management
Unique Culture - If you are not part of the unique culture that exists in Utah, you are an outsider.

    Advice to Management

Try and listen to employees opinions more. Senior Management tries to implement new programs and systems to improve conditions, but fail when it comes to the implementation process. This results in multiple programs being initiated that do not run smoothly and puts the burden on the employees.
