I worked at Zipper Interactive full-time

    Pros

Great work-life balance and a really talented team. I really enjoyed the environment, and my team had a lot of autonomy.

    Cons

It got shut down by it's parent company. Prior to that, the biggest disappointment was with production.

    Advice to Management

In general, I thought the company was run well. Employees were treated fairly as a result of the shutdown.
