        Pros

Fantastic brand, original east coast skate heritage, with roots in art and music that is vialid on every level of youth culture

        Cons

Still a supporter of the skate community and with a small skate team, the lack of people who know and care about the culture employed at the brand make it less than desireable in the market and as an employee

          Cons

It was quite quiet and because i worked on my own alot of the time i felt quite lonely. It was in the basement and i didnt see any natural light.

        Property Manager

As a leasing agent for two years, I then worked my way to assistant manager for t 11 months. Then, to a property manager position, nine months into my new role as manager, I was terminated, with no warning, completely unexpected. How do I explain this undeserving action and embarrassment in an upcoming interview without any risk in the decision-making of my employment with the company I am interested in? I hope I am relaying this in a way that is understood.
