I have been working at Zotec Partners full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good way to learn multiple EMR systems.

    Cons

You will not be rewarded for good work; and will constantly be asked to do more. Everyone is unhappy in their job and it reflects in their work relationships. Management is toxic.

    Advice to Management

As long as inappropriate relationships remain in the office, no one will be happy.

    Pros

Awesome place to work! Top notch equipment and technology. Innovative.

    Cons

Monthly incentives missing which would be motivational.

    Advice to Management

Getting more feedback on issues from team players by having weekly quick team huddles. Maybe just 5 to 10 minutes.

I have been working at Zotec Partners full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The coworkers were great and the pay isn’t bad

    Cons

They say the company is transparent but it’s not. You are told all that you need to do to succeed here is show up, follow hippa regulations, and be nice which is inaccurate You are just a number and if you don’t become an ACE as they say by getting all of your numbers high so they look good you are treated like a second class human being

    Advice to Management

Tell your employees what to expect in the beginning instead of throwing what’s really expected of them after their habits have been formed based on what you said in the beginning
