    . Do not micromanage . Great management . Attainable goals . Great company events 2-3 a year. team and company planned social events after the work days. in person in cool cities. . Great collaboration amongst the teams . Management is approachable, but not over-baring . Few standing internal meetings . Great balance between professional and fun

    . Not much bonus and spiff comp
