You will be working with some of the most diverse set of people. People who are very talented yet striving too make this place better. There is constant motivation to work towards a shared goal and with the new CEO things are only looking positive.
Cons
The only con being an engineer is dealing with code from dev who aren't around but the tech outlook looks positive and a lot of upcoming changes to drive innovation around. The domain itself is struggling in these difficult market but I think that is applicable to any place you are today.
