Grossly underpaid Management does not dispense vendor load evenly amongst teams, had a large workload and had peers brag about how they just go about their day getting their hair done nails did or shopping with their work laptop. While I was constantly overwhelmed and working overtime. Management does not take criticism well nor provide any real help - they try to offload excess workload via an excel sign up sheet onto your peers who are less than willing or able to jump in to help. On top of the incredibly overwhelming workload the work culture is crap, it’s boring and there’s so much turnover it seems pointless to even try to make friends they’ll be gone in a few months anyways. Benefits are crap The pay is absolute garbage and is a constant complaint amongst the entire company and something they constantly lie about saying they due pay based on location yet I lived in the most expensive city in Seattle and new hires or other peers who came in the same time as me were making more or less. So they’re full of crap but sticking to their lies. The benefits are garbage They are constantly laying people off no one is safe at this company.
