I have been working at Zuora full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The company treats its employees very well. Nice benefits, life balance, and in-line compensation. Best in class product that is very 'in demand' in a wide range of industries.

    Cons

Long sales cycles introducing a new product that touches everybody inside a new customer. Technical (engineering) resources to advance a deal can be scarce.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in the pre-sales engineers, engineering managers, etc. They are the lifeblood of our sales team and we need more of them.

I have been working at Zuora for less than a year

    Pros

The people are nice, the perks are tremendous, going into the kitchen is like going to a 7-11.

    Cons

They are unethical! I interviewed there, with 7 different people over the course of 3 weeks. They offered me a contract to hire and repeated multiple times that they intended to convert the position to permanent. I quit a job I had been at for almost 2 years to go there. After 2 weeks they let me go siting "budget cuts" as the reason!!! They didn't know 2 weeks earlier that they were over budget? Their potato chip...
