The pay is above average

The company is run by egotistical quasi-executives who love nothing more than to hear themselves talk. The CEO is delusional and he has surrounded himself with ego strokers from large tech players who couldn’t make it in the real world, (other than the CMO who is great). HR and recruiting might as well be run by yes men/women robots who are stuck in a forgotten time. Success is measured by past metrics that are completely irrelevant in todays tech scene. Turnover is rampant and despite the amazing potential, talent is lost due to operational road blocks and inefficiency which lies completely on the inflated head of their CSO who would rather talk about her time at SAP than accept the challenges of leading a scattered strategy and operations function at a stalled tech player.
