      teammates who survived trauma together

      Cons

      Leadership is broken, only those who joined 5-6 years ago are the Directors and Managers here. Blame game, and full on politics. Worst culture only priority given to those people who do bootlicking of EM's and Directors If you are not in good books you will lose your job and these EM's and Directors there only qualification
