    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at Zurich North America full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Some good co workers, nice people
    Variety and complexity of work

    Cons

Cutthroat management who force poor rankings on people to save money. Sometimes you can have a team of good to great people, but that is not appreciated. Workload keeps getting worse. Overload your staff to do "more with less" then are brutal to your staff if a mistake is made. Too much outsourcing. Not much opportunity to move over or up. Managed by white males, no diversity. Favoritism. Advertise flex time, but it is arbitrary who is allowed such flexibility. No work life balance.

    Advice to Management

You can't keep losing people or pushing older experienced people out to save money. You end up losing more than you save, because customers aren't serviced the way they have been promised.
