Pros
- Courses inside the company - Average English level will be ok - QA course for the beginners ( can take really long time) - Some projects are really interesting and good for experience
Cons
The process of starting in the company can take really long time ( 0.5 year). Salary will be always below the market level. A LOT of managers per 1 QA engineer. A lot of meetings with these managers where they tell you your downsides mainly. Project managers who just finished courses and rule on the projects with the help of Manual ( not a joke:) ) Newbies can be bullied by the PMs ( not all PMs are so) A little bit unorganized processes in the company. If you have no other job opportunity you can start here. But pls do not work here more than 1 year. Develop your skills and look for another job.
