    Simple Job Good Pay

    Pros

Easy face paced environment so your shift goes by fast. Coworkers were cool. Essentially your getting paid 15.00 to stand around and greet customers

    Cons

Shifts were unfair for example, you may be scheduled to close and then open the next morning. Managers micromanage a ton. You are forced to ask for emails and surveys

Nice Coworkers, Interesting Challenges, Very Underpaid

    Pros

Ability to make lateral moves in company Generally good people you're working with Work and challenges generally interesting

    Cons

Low pay in every role I had here. Difficult to move internally up the ladder. In my experience, they will hire outside the company rather than promote you if they feel that your reasons are solely for your own self benefit. Even if you are already doing work that exists at the level you want to be promoted to. If they feel you are not drinking the "Kool aid" enough, you will be judged on that. Ultimately, this is what caused me to leave and then the team I was on eventually fell apart. Management is sub par in my opinion. Expect to be blamed for things in cases where management simply fails to communicate clearly and guide. This may be more of a symptom of the career rat race that happens at Adidas. They ask a lot from you in terms of work life balance compared to other places I have worked.
