micromanagement and a sociopath of a CEO Although many things can be said about this company I'll keep it short Just so you can have an idea of the nature of the company...right now with the outbreak of Covid19 we are ALL being forced to work as nothing is happening. Probably the only tech company in Stockholm not doing home office. I currently work here as software developer and yes...this is a cry for help. You might ask why people then still work there? Here is the trick: most of us come from countries with restricted visas, so leaving the job would mean not just unemployment, but also the fact that we won't be able to get employment anywhere in the country since our visas are attached to this hole of a company . We can't leave otherwise we would have to go back to our home countries. And even if one would be so burned out of this and willing to do it, guess what..most of us can't even go back home now with the pandemia going on and some countries closed their borders even to their own citizens coming from abroad. So we are literally stuck here in this virus incubator of an office like slaves. If you're coming for an interview to work here, make sure you look at the employees expressions of fear and despair...then you'll have a clue
