Pros

- Good view from the office building - Good software stack.

Cons

You are probably wondering if this company is woking with good software stack, what's the issue. Well, this company has the worst working environment hands down. And this is all because of the CEO and some employee who are working there for a long period of time. People usually don't work here for a long time. Here are some highlights of this company: - Disrespect: Have you ever seen a 100% negative person? The CEO of this company is that kind of person. Everyday he has something negative to say about someone and he is not shy to straight up insult people. But during my time working there, I have not seen him complementing anybody for once. Yes, I am being serious. - Overwork is a must: The way the tasks are given and monitored, everyone overworks here. You will be given more tasks for short time and you will be constantly asked to do it faster. I have seen everyone doing overwork here. There is no work and life balance. - Non flexible time line:You must have to be there between 8am to 9am. That's what they call it flexible timeline. You cannot work from home for first 6 months at all. After 6 months you can work from home 1 day per week. That's what they call it WFH facility. And if you dare to work from home, CEO will call you to check if you are working. - Constant pressure: Everyday there is a morning standup where they will question everything about you. They will ask why you are slow, why you cannot do better job. You have to explain yourself everyday because you cannot talk about same task more that one day. And the CEO will not hesitate to insult somebody in front of everyone. This is one ingredient to make people overwork. - No actual break: Their rule is that you must work 8 hours and 45 mins everyday. In that period 45 mins will be deducted for you lunch. But the issue is you cannot even use that 45mins for your lunch. The CEO will be watching you through his glass wall which is between his room and the dinning room. You cannot take a break in any other time, you have to be on your desk. You cannot use your phone. The CEO will come and insult you. You cannot even talk to your co-workers. There are other employees who will ask you to go to conference room. - They won't believe you: So, they control their working hour strictly. You have to punch your card while coming in and punch out while going out. These times are logged and will be emailed to you. If you are behind 8 hours 45 mins each day then you will be pressured to work more. If you forget to checkin or checkout, then the next day you have to give some proof of how long you were working. They won't take your words. And they will deduct 15 mins on top of your proven time. - Bad salary: If you have a contract from them then you will notice that they will deduct 5000 kr from your salary each month for first 6 months. You will get this money after first 6 months. The reason they do this is that nobody works here for a long time. Everyone comes and goes. This is not the working culture of Sweden. It's more like a jail than a office. Swedish people won't accept this kind of environment and there is no Swedish employee in here. Keep far away from this place in any cost.

Pros

Nice and friendly engineer colleagues.

Cons

Daily attendance is required in the office. Employees are required to track their working hours by clocking in and out. Overtime work exceeding 8 hours cannot be converted into vacation days. A minimum daily presence of one hour is required. A Swedish employee suggested adopting a more Swedish work culture approach to the CEO. Then his employment was terminated immediately and just before Christmas. The CTO is very enthusiastic about becoming a personal trainer. The code quality is very fragile in this company as no engineers will stay there for more than 2-3 years. The accountant and HR are not interested in building relationships with engineers since engineers won’t stay for long.
