    I worked at apetito full-time

    Pros

Kind people, good salary, bonuses, company car, very good work life balance, clear progression, approachable senior management team

    Cons

Quite a slow pace at times, processes means projects take a long time to develop, very poor communication across departments

    Advice to Management

Be more open and transparent with employees, perhaps more initiatives like away days to build motivation and relationships internally

    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at apetito full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Knowledgeable engineering team. Different challenges every day.

    Cons

Untrained staff. Basic faults i.e. switch not turned on. Lack of appropriate training.

    Advice to Management

You hear a stuck record, listen to what is being said and action it, not just brushing to one side and blaming the operators. Training and accountability will move production forward.
