I can see myself here forever

Ability to WORK FROM HOME! Great Career opportunities and room for growth to move up in the organisation. Management are hands on and supportive of their agents and work hard to help them successes in their career, which as an agent made me feel valued appreciated and worth investing in. Fun Incentives like cash prizes or gift card bonuses, free family cruises, free hotel stay ect to reward agents on achievements which really make the day exciting and not feel like work. You just come to work loving it!
Cons
I dont have any. Would highly recommend working here

*Potential to make decent money *Excellent Trainers *Free lunch on Thursdays
Cons
*The reality of the job is completely fabricated during the interview and hiring process *Chances of long term success are almost zero *As the reality of the job sinks in, you will see your training class of 15, slowly dwindle down to 4 or 5 people *You will eventually fight to come into work everyday, as your morale and confidence is drained away. *You are in constant threat of losing your job if people from their recycled call list don’t eventually agree to buy a cruise. It is a game of chance that you miraculously talk to someone wants a cruise.
