    Fun teams to work in

No team building activities to help grow closness in teams and bonding with other groups.

Change at any level can be a good thing. Having mangers who have been under a role for 10+ does not mean they're always the best fit.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Average Salary
Close to home at the time
    No stairs to climb!
Some of the people were nice to work with

    Cons

YPG buyout was a joke. Upper management would parade around and try to figure out how to manage a weekly publication when they have only worked with publishing an annual publication. They did not ask the people who do the work the hard questions like...how do you do your job and what impact does it have on the weekly publication???

Management was distant...no involement was ever required again by employees.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees!! Get some competent management in place and figure out how things work when you buy out a company BEFORE messing with it.
