    - Quality over quantity : developers are encouraged to produce quality code, that's covered with unit tests, developers are actually given the time to develop using TDD if they want to - 4+1 time : you can use one day a week for self-education, or some open-source project - Education budget : each employee has a budget from which he can go to a conferences of his choice, and/or use that money for some other... educational purpose - Team buildings : paid trips abroad once or twice a year, and dinners, barbecues and sports events throught the year - Relaxed atmosphere : nice and friendly people, beer during worktime, foosball and sony playstation in the offices - Flexible working hours : come and go as you please as long as you work 8h each day, no check-in, check-out control, everything is based on mutual trust - Regular raises : raises come based on your effort and usually without asking for them
